Lower Body Workout for a Killer Body!

Oh man – our cars got broken into last night while I was sleeping soundly in my bed. Yuck! So creepy!

I had a lower body work out with Nate today. I think you’d have to go to a gym for this one unless you have a lot of heavy weight laying around.

Work your lower body with 25 body weight squats, walking weighted lunges, 5 heavy dumbbell dead lifts (I used 35 lbs in each hand) and a farmer’s walk with 50 lbs in each hand.

My lower body is the biggest area that I need to tone up!
